Where do you get your bones from? Are the animals killed for it?
These animals are not killed specifically to be able to offer them here. These are by-products of the food industry, legal hunting, deceased pets or dead offspring from zoos or animal enclosures.
If needed, you can always ask for the CITIES certificate for each and every skull and bone.
Do you breed all of your insects yourself?
No, unfortunately not. As it takes a lot of time, resources and effort i only breed 4-10 species per year myself.
The majority of the offered insects are from other local breeders or butterfly houses.
I would like to do this myself, can you tell me where I can get the animals exactly?
No, we do not provide any information about our suppliers or sources of supply and do not sell any raw materials (except skulls).
My order arrived damaged, what can i do?

Can i return my order if i don't want it anymore?
I'm very sorry, but i do not accept returns.
Can you do a cheaper shipping?
Unfortunately that is not possible.
For example the shippingcost of 6,90 € contains 19% VAT, which i have to pay to the state.
5,80 € remain. I then have to pay the postage, but also the shipping box, the shipping labels, possibly filling material to secure the goods and adhesive tape.
